CW61100B Heavy Duty Lathe
The CW61100B is a heavy-duty gap bed manual horizontal lathe, designed for processing large and heavy workpieces. It features a 1000mm maximum swing diameter, thick cast iron bed and high-frequency quenched wide guideway, ensuring high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance for heavy rough turning. The large spindle bore supports long heavy shafts and thick petroleum pipes for one-time clamping machining. Equipped with a 4-station manual tool post and centralized control system, it enables flexible multi-process turning of large flanges, mining rollers, pressure vessel parts and heavy mechanical shafts.
