TCK46Y Y Axis CNC Slant Bed Lathe
TCK46Y slant bed CNC turning center is a high-precision composite processing machine equipped with independent Y-axis and 12-station power turret. It adopts heavy linear guide rails and A2-5 high-rigidity spindle, supporting stepless speed regulation up to 3500rpm, which realizes one-clamping turning and milling integrated machining.
With ±45mm Y-axis travel, 56mm spindle through hole and 8-inch hydraulic chuck, this lathe can process shaft, disc and complex special-shaped metal workpieces efficiently. It matches hydraulic manual tailstock, stable bed structure weighing 3400kg to resist cutting vibration, ensuring excellent surface finish and repeat positioning accuracy ±0.003mm.
