VMC1690 Vertical Machining Center

VMC1690 heavy-duty vertical machining center is designed for medium and large metal parts processing, with X1600×Y900×Z700mm long travel and 1600×900mm worktable supporting max 1800kg load.
Equipped with BT50 high-torque spindle and 18.5kW main motor, spindle speed ranges from 0 to 6000rpm, delivering powerful rough milling and high-precision finish cutting. The 3-axis heavy roller linear guides ensure stable operation during heavy cutting, with positioning accuracy ±0.008mm and repeat positioning accuracy ±0.005mm for consistent batch workpiece quality.
Standard OKADA 24-position disc tool magazine achieves 3-second fast automatic tool change, completing milling, drilling, tapping, boring in one single clamping to greatly boost production efficiency. Multiple CNC systems including FANUC, SIEMENS, MITSUBISHI and GSK are optional for flexible programming.
The whole machine adopts thick stress-relieved cast iron bed to eliminate vibration, matched with fully sealed anti-chip & waterproof protective covers and automatic centralized lubrication system to reduce daily maintenance cost and extend service life.
